Displays
Displays may consist of one (1), 6', skirted table with two chairs, or 10' free standing display (no table required) with limited access to electricity. It is the vendor’s responsibility to maintain their vendor space and retail sale items. Hallway displays will not offered this year.

Exhibitor Fees

For Profit      $300 (1 Table) or $500 (2 Tables)                Government/Non-Profit    $200

                      

Donation of door prize ($300 value or greater), in lieu of one table fee is also available.

Sponsorship

$1,000 Break Sponsor	Includes one (1) complimentary registration
$1,500 Partial Meal Sponsor	Includes 20 minute presentation during the conference and one (1) complimentary registration
$3,500 Full Sponsor	Includes 30 minute presentation during the conference and two (2) complimentary registrations, recognition during the breaks, company information printed on NMNOA flyers, and NMNOA website for one year.

Hotel Reservations
Vendors are responsible for their hotel accommodations, and must make reservations prior to July 20, 2009 for the special rate.  Indicate you are attending the NMNOA conference to receive the special rate.
